Join Mary Kiani & friends for a fantastic Scottish festival gathering in the stunning Glenworth Valley/Peats Ridge. (Darkinjung country).
Now in its third year. Let's make this one bigger and better.
Bring the kids, family and friends all along for a weekend of Scottish fare, fun and flings, in this unique takeover of one of the most beautiful Central Coast scenic landscapes just 1hr and 10 mins north of Sydney by car.
Mary is planning the most delicious food from a variety of amazing Scottish cooks. From fish n chips and other battered delights on the Friday night as well as award winning Scottish chef KAREN McPHERSON (The Turnberry Hotel Ayrshire) to prepare and deliver the best ‘BURNS SUPPER’ on the Saturday night. ALL Burns supper traditions followed.
A fully charged ‘Ceilidh’ Live band featuring first class musicians (FIDDLE/ACORDIAN & GUITAR) I'll tell you more as we go along. Pipes and Drums by our friends Barry Grey and PIPES OF DISTINCTION. some vocals by Scottish Superstar, Mary Kiani.
The event will offer so many experiences over the weekend to cater to any level of excitement, so check out the offerings and see you in the Valley in January 2025 for the third Scottish Weekender!
Your three day ticket includes ALL food & entertainment. It does NOT include your own individual camping fees (that includes me too) that are to be paid and booked directly with Glenworth valley. Its a beautiful and perfect piece of land to have this gathering and if you haven't been before, I'm sure you will agree when you're there.

Mary Kiani
Mary Kiani, a talented Scottish vocalist, made her mark in the music scene through various avenues. Initially, she gained prominence as the lead singer for the dance music group The Time Frequency (TTF) during the early 1990s. Her captivating voice contributed to the success of TTF's hit songs. Prior to her time with TTF, Mary had a noteworthy career as a session and backing vocalist. She had the privilege of touring alongside renowned artists like Donny Osmond, John Reid, The Nightcrawlers (known for "Push the Feeling On"), Paul Young, Hue & Cry, China Crisis, and even lent her vocals to The Simpsons' Yellow Album. Notably, she even had the honor of supporting the legendary 'PRINCE' during his UK tour.

The most unique camping experience anywhere in Australia – Glenworth Valley is only 20 minutes from Hornsby and 15 minutes from Gosford. The distance is 50km from Sydney CBD (68km by road), which is a 1 hour drive. The location for Google maps is 69 Cooks Road, Glenworth Valley, 2250.
Directions to Glenworth Valley from Sydney…. head north on the M1. Cross the Hawkesbury Bridge and after Mount White you’ll see the Peats Ridge Road exit. Stay on Peats Ridge Road for 3 minutes and you’ll see the Glenworth Valley driveway on your left.
Directions to Glenworth Valley from Gosford…. head south onto the M1. After 3 minutes the road descends steeply and passes over Mooney Mooney creek before ascending up the other side. Take the first exit left onto Calga / Peats Ridge Road exit. Follow the road as it bends to the left then take a left turn at the intersection. Follow the road as it bends left onto Peats Ridge Road. Stay on Peats Ridge Road for 3 minutes and you’ll see the Glenworth Valley driveway on your left.
Yes, trailers, caravans and motor homes are welcome. Please mention in your booking with Glenworth that you're in 'Boundry paddock' for the Scottish Weekender.
Although we love your furry, four legged friends, unfortunately our horses can find dogs irritating and spooky. No matter how small or large, Glenworth Valley exercises a strict no dog policy.
Yes, there are 3 En suites with toilets and showers on the paddock.
No. You must check-in at reception and collect your camping permit first. Set up time for the weekender is from 2pm onwards.
Yes, and I make a great vegan/veg haggis...plenty of veg too.
